#PomeroyWSOC Heads to Earlham

SAINT MARY-OF-THE-WOODS, Ind. (Women's Soccer) – After suffering a loss to Cincinnati Christian University in a midweek matchup, the Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College women's soccer team seek redemption on Saturday.  The Pomeroys will travel to Richmond, Ind. go head to head with Earlham College (1-2) at 1 p.m.

SMWC (0-2) is led by Yadira Castellanos and Ashley Jezik as each recorded one goal so far this season. In the goal for the Pomeroys, Mannah Mace has been rather effective as she racked up 12 saves against Cincinnati Christian.

Saint Mary-of-the-Woods has a challenge on their hands as Earlham has several scoeres. Jordan Blackburn is the current goal leader for the Quackers with four goals this season. Blackburn's goals were scored in Earlham's rout of MacMurray on Thursday. Blackburn is followed by Chloe Lamenzo with three goals while Erin Welsh and Yana Miller with two each. Welsh also leads the Quackers in assists with three this season. Earlham's goal keeper, Sara Stissi, has recorded 14 saves this season.
