#PomeroyWSOC Downs Eureka College

SAINT MARY-OF-THE-WOODS, Ind. (Women's Soccer) – The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College women's soccer team extender their win streak on Sunday afternoon to two. The Pomeroys soundly defeated Eureka College, 14 -0.

Hannah Miller shined for SMWC as she scored four goals. Miller's goals were scored at the 9:37, 11:19, 15:24, and 29:02 marks. She was followed by Paige Buckallew with two goals at the 28:31 and 38:46 marks and Yadira Castellanos with two goals at the 22:18 and 40:23 marks.

Other Pomeroys that scored were: Ashley Jezik (44:17), Maddie Stuck (53:18), Ashleigh Pflum (68:15), Elizabeth Reel (76:46), Mannah Mace (78:30), and Haley Shuler (88:27).

Corre Matherly and Laura Taylor split goalie time. Taylor came up with one save for the day.

Castellanos, Pflum, Katia Orozco, and Makayla Jones each recorded a save.

SMWC will be back in action on Wednesday, Sept. 20 as the Pomeroys host Oakland City University in a midweek match up at 4 p.m.
