TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College women's soccer program announced the addition of Makayla Stuck to the 2018-19 incoming recruiting class. Makayla said, "I am excited to get to be a part of the SMWC team. There is a special bond you form with your teammates that gives you the confidence to do what needs to be done. The best part of joining this team is getting to play with my sister again. I have always gone to larger public schools and been one of many. I look forward to an inclusive environment and having professors who know who I am."

Assistant Coach Abe said, "Makayla has a great talent in soccer. She is dedicated and hardworking, and those qualities combined makes coaching her easier and enjoyable. Makayla has a lot of potential that she may not be aware of yet. She's going to be a great asset to our team and program and she'll surprise us and herself too once we unveil her hidden potential. I am very motivated and curious to see what Makayla has in store for the team."
